What are your palns?
What are your visions and or dreams?
What goals do you have?
What is the mountain that blocks the view of your success in the future?
Are you actively pursuing and preparing for these plans, goals and dreams?
I know I have several items that I want to cross of my bucket list however, there always seems to be something that hinders me from doing so.
My list:
Read and study the Word more deliberately.
Work out more routinely than just when I feel like it.
Finish writing the book I started in 2014.
Organizing a women's retreat.
Retiring and dedicate more time to a ministry.
Be on a praise team.
Help house single moms and assist them to secure careers and safety.
{That is a joint dream with my daughter.}
God reminded me of all of these aspirations just recently after my prayer and fasting.
Obtaining my goals is challenging and seems overwhelming at times. I sometimes wonder if they are a waste of time and if they are attainable. Guess I’ll never know if I don’ try.
Remember the guy that gave up?
Neither does anyone else.

This new year and new attitude has sparked the flame in the fire pit of my smoldering dreams and desires. I sense God directing me to exciting, new adventures and mountain top experiences. As I wait for His direction; I will continue to pray and worship. I want His will to be done, in His perfect way; take one step forward as directed in each of the areas mentioned above and praise Him, for what He is accomplishing on my behalf even before I see it.
Oswald Chambers says
We pray when there’s nothing else we can do;
Jesus wants us to pray before we do anything at all.
God created each of us for a purpose and when we don’t accomplish that purpose, something is missing in our lives. What is your purpose? Start climbing that mountain and enjoy the view.
Get ready. Get set. Go!!!
1 Corinthians 9:24
Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize?
So run that you may obtain it.
Ephesians 2:10
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared
beforehand that we should walk in them.
